California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, port, and limit the use of their personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Below are the controls and contact paths you can use to exercise those rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information. Omoggle does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because of this, the standard “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out link is not technically required for our service. We honor Global Privacy Control signals anyway.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
When enabled, Omoggle will not use your sensitive personal information — including facial-landmark data, saved Lab snapshots, and moderation report screenshots — for any purpose other than performing the Service feature you requested, complying with law, preventing abuse, and protecting safety. We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising, profiling, or to train competing models, regardless of this setting.
Marketing Likeness — Opt-In
Omoggle will not use your name, voice, photograph, video, profile image, live match footage, screenshots, or likeness in paid advertising or external marketing unless you opt in here. Opt-in is not required to use the Service. You can revoke this at any time, and any new use of your likeness in advertising will stop after revocation.
Submit a Verifiable Privacy Request
California residents may request to know, delete, correct, port, or limit the use of their personal information. Email privacy@omoggle.com from the email address on your Omoggle account, or use the in-product Account > Delete Account flow for deletion. We respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization.
